Standard pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Custom Studio orders are made to your spec and typically ship within 7–10 business days after you approve the digital proof.
Absolutely — that's the whole point of the Custom Studio. Upload a clear side-on photo or send your reg plate and our design team will build a vector and send you a proof before anything is cut.
Yes. We use low-voltage flex-LED, not glass gas tubes. They stay cool to the touch, sip power, and are rated for continuous use. Every sign ships with a dimmable remote and a UK/EU/US adapter.
Standard products come with a 30-day happiness guarantee. Custom, made-to-order pieces can't be resold, so they're only returnable if faulty — but we'll always make it right if something's wrong.
