Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to love your piece. Standard products are covered by a 30-day happiness guarantee — if you're not obsessed with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to start a return
Email hello@driftoutlines.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll reply with return instructions and an address. Items must come back unused, in their original protective packaging. Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
Because Custom Studio pieces are cut and finished uniquely for you, they can't be resold and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They remain fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged, or don't match your approved proof. This is exactly why we email a digital proof for your sign-off before anything is made.
Damaged or faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design instead? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange the swap.
