Using our site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we can't verify payment — and to refund you in full if we do.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice, though changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You're responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your location.

Custom & made-to-order items

Custom Studio pieces are produced uniquely to your approved proof. By approving a proof you confirm the design, spelling and details are correct. As these items are personalised, they aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timeframes and return rights are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our designs, images, logos and text — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Artwork you upload for a custom order remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to produce your piece.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
