Processing times

Every piece is made to order and shipped directly from our workshop in Ajman. Within the UAE, the total turnaround for production and delivery is 2–4 working days from the date of order. For international orders, the total turnaround for production and delivery is 6–12 working days from the date of order, sent via premium couriers such as FedEx or DHL. You'll receive an email the moment your order leaves our workshop.

Shipping rates & free shipping

We ship worldwide, 100% tracked, and shipping is free on orders over AED 200. Any applicable promotions are shown in your cart before you pay. Please note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military bases.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes are the total turnaround from your order date: 2–3 working days within the UAE and 5–10 working days for international orders, delivered via premium couriers like FedEx or DHL. These are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track it any time from your account or through our order-tracking page.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your destination country. These are to be paid by the customer and are not included in your order total. Please check your local thresholds if you're unsure.

Damaged or lost parcels

Every piece is crated with foam edge-guards and fully insured. In the rare event something arrives damaged, or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo and we'll make it right — repair, replace or refund.
