Processing times
Every piece is made to order. Standard designs are handcrafted and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom Studio pieces are built to your approved proof and typically ship within 7–10 business days after you sign off. You'll receive an email the moment your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping rates & free shipping
We ship worldwide, tracked and insured. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and is free on orders over AED 200. Any applicable promotions are shown in your cart before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, tracked delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the domestic network and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on your location and local carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track it any time from your account or through our order-tracking page.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local thresholds if you're unsure.
Damaged or lost parcels
Every piece is crated with foam edge-guards and fully insured. In the rare event something arrives damaged, or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo and we'll make it right — repair, replace or refund.
